JP Gladu
President
JP is a member of Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek located on the eastern shores of Lake Nipigon, Ontario. He served as the President and CEO of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) from September 2012 until April 2020. JP has over 25 years of experience in the natural resource sector. His career path includes work with Aboriginal communities and organizations, environmental non-government organizations, industry and governments from across Canada.
Don Richardson
Director, Business Development
Don Richardson has worked for three decades supporting First Nation, Inuit and Metis community social and economic well-being, and is experienced in business development in rural and remote locations. He is also a principal with the firm IBA Braiding Ltd. - www.ibabraiding.com - which supports First Nation ownership and co-development in major projects, and an advisor to the Indigenous energy and carbon offset firm Anwaatin - www.anwaatin.com.
JME Maxwell
Director, Business Development
JME is active in the strategic management research community and has managed the production departments of several firms. In this role he has introduced and implemented project management methodologies as well as mentoring his production team. JME has presented, published and instructed at various organizations and universities in Canada, Europe and the United States.
